Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

- In new, unused condition with all tags attached

- Free from any damage, wear, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Heating & Cooling Parts & Accessories – Once removed from original packaging
- Home Air Purifiers – If filters have been installed or used
- Opened humidifier water treatment cartridges or filters

Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
4 Ship Your Return

5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange
